Stage 2: Document Verification / Scrutiny

Call Ratio: Candidates up to 1.75 times the number of vacant posts will be called for document verification based on their online test scores.

Tie-Breaking Policy: If two candidates get equal marks:

  • Second preference is given to the candidate who belongs to the State of H.P.

  5. Upload your scanned photograph, signature, thumb impression, and declaration document. Capture a live webcam photo if prompted.
  6. Click on the “Preview Tab” to double-check every field. Once satisfied, click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” (No changes can be made after this).
  7. Proceed to the payment tab and complete your application fee payment online using a Debit/Credit card, Net banking, or Mobile wallets.

  • Bonafide Himachali Certificate (Required for all reservation claims).
  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/WFF/IRDP) issued by a competent authority.
  • OBC candidates: Must provide a fresh Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate.
  • EWS candidates: Must show an Income & Asset Certificate verifying family income is below ₹4 Lakhs per annum.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a Good Character Certificate from the current employer if the candidate is already working in regular/confirmed service.
  • Printout of the online application form and payment e-Receipt.

Crucial Points to Keep in Mind

  • Job Probation: Successful candidates will be placed on a probation period of two years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance.
  • Location of Posting: Selected Junior Clerks are liable to be posted anywhere in the operational areas of H.P. State Cooperative Bank in Himachal Pradesh.
