PRT Level:

English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Music, Art & Craft, Dance, and Physical Education.

DAV Recruitment 2026: Who Can Apply

Candidates must meet the education, age, and other requirements set by DAVCMC, the State, and CBSE rules. The exact requirements may be different for each post, so applicants should check the criteria for the position they want to apply for.

How to Apply for DAV Recruitment 2026

Candidates can apply for only one post using their own Registered Mobile Number (RMN). The application process has three main stages.

• Complete the Online Form: Eligible candidates need to fill out the online CBT registration form by 8 October 2026. The form will first be submitted for document verification.

Get the Documents Verified: After filling out the form, candidates need to print the application form and take it with the required documents to the nearest DAV School. The verification must be completed by 16 October 2026.

• Pay the Examination Fee: Once the documents are verified and approved, candidates need to pay the CBT examination fee online within 7 days through the official DAV Recruitment website. 

Note: Completing the online form alone does not finish the recruitment process. Candidates must complete all three steps. 

DAV CBT 2026 Exam Details

The DAV-CBT (Computer Based Test) is expected to take place in December 2026 for eligible candidates. The exam will be held in different DAV Schools. 

Candidates should regularly check the official DAV Recruitment website for updates about the exam date, exam center, admit card, important dates, exam details, and results. 

What Happens After the DAV-CBT?

Candidates who qualify for the DAV-CBT will receive a Provisional Eligibility Card (P.E.C.). After receiving the P.E.C., candidates can apply for the next selection stage at any DAV School in India. This stage includes a Demo Interview, where the respective DAV School will assess the candidate. The final selection will be based on the performance in this Demo Interview.

• Visit the official DAV Recruitment website.
• Register or log in using your registered mobile number. 
• Select the post you want to apply for.
• Fill in your personal and other required details.
• Upload the required documents and certificates.

• Take the printed form and required documents to the nearest DAV verification center.
